We are looking to appoint an exceptional Deputy Headteacher at Fairfield High School for Girls to contribute to the success and strategic leadership of our school. This role is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, committed individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people and has a natural ability to inspire and motivate others, in a position which is central to ensuring that all pupils achieve their potential. The individual will be a committed, dynamic leader with a successful track record of improving the quality of education through their leadership and who can advance their career by joining our Senior Leadership Team. The successful applicant will have responsibility for the strategic direction, overview and leadership of pastoral and inclusion structures and systems across the school.

The post holder will drive improvements in the quality of pastoral care, working with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate and focused on delivering the very best pastoral support. You will implement strategies, systems and interventions to address our pupils' diverse needs, which promote resilience and wellbeing, collaborating with families and external agencies to this end.
